"Nice tech, but I wish I’d gotten a second opinion sooner"
I had Roto-Rooter come out because my drain was running slow. The tech was friendly enough, so no complaints there, but the diagnosis ended up being off. He told me it was probably a main line problem and gave me a quote that felt steep. I didn’t want to risk spending that much on the wrong fix, so I called another plumber the next day. Turns out it was just a smaller clog closer to the sink. I still had to pay the visit fee and then start the whole process over, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely felt like I could’ve saved money and time if the issue had been pinned down correctly the first time.

"Quick Fix, Just Felt a Bit Pricey"
They came out quick and got the drain issue fixed, so I really can’t complain too much. The tech was friendly and seemed like he definitely knew what he was doing. Maybe I’m just not used to what plumbing work costs these days, or maybe I’m being a little cheap, but the price felt kind of high for what was done. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just wish it had cost a little less.

"Cleaned up well, even if I felt a bit brushed off at first"
I had Roto-Rooter come out for a clogged drain, and I was worried about the mess it might leave behind. When I mentioned that, I kind of felt dismissed at first, like it wasn’t a big concern. But to be fair, the tech did come in with covers and kept the area neat while he worked. After he was done, he wiped up the floor and took the dirty stuff with him, so I wasn’t left with a big cleanup. It’s a simple thing, but it really does matter.

They fixed my sewer line and it’s draining fine now, so I’m glad that part was handled. The tech did show up later than I was expecting, and the price felt a little high to me, though maybe that’s just how these jobs go. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just more of an average one for me.

"Warranty claim handled, just took a bit"
I was a little nervous about the warranty claim because I really didn’t want to end up losing out or paying for something that should’ve been covered. It did take a bit of waiting, but they eventually got it fixed and handled the claim. Overall, I’m glad I stuck with it.

For some reason, customer service took a bit longer than I expected to get back to me, but they did respond eventually. Not the fastest experience, but at least I wasn’t completely left hanging.

"A little late, but still helpful"
They showed up later than I expected, which was kind of frustrating at first, because I was just sitting there waiting and wondering if it was even going to happen. But once they got there, they were actually helpful and got things sorted out, so in the end it worked out fine

They did come out quickly, which I appreciated, but the drain only seemed better for a couple days before it started slowing down again. I don’t know, something feels off because for what I paid, I expected it to be fully cleared and stay that way.

I had Roto-Rooter come out because I’ve been dealing with a slow drain, the whole visit left me feeling kind of dismissed. The tech was polite enough, but he didn’t seem very sure about what was going on and kept guessing at the issue.

He had to call someone else a couple of times, which didn’t exactly make me feel confident. When I asked questions, I didn’t really feel like I was getting clear answers, more like my concerns were being brushed aside.
The drain is working a little better now, but it’s definitely not fully fixed. For what I paid, I expected someone to be able to diagnose the problem more confidently and take my concerns a little more seriously.

Booking online was quick, probably took me like 2 or 3 minutes. The only downside was the arrival window felt a bit too wide, maybe around 4 hours or so, which made it harder to plan my day.

"Okay service, but the billing felt wrong"
The service itself was fine, nothing amazing but not terrible either. What bothered me was the bill, there were extra charges on it that I never agreed to. I don’t think it’s right to slip in costs like that and expect customers to just accept it. It left a bad impression.

"Respectful Service, Though I Was a Bit Nervous at First"
I was a little worried about having someone working in the bathroom because I didn’t want dirt or tools left everywhere. But the guy who came out was really respectful of my home. He put covers down, wiped his shoes, and kept things tidy while he worked. After the job was done, he cleaned up and explained what he had done, which I appreciated. I still don’t love having repairs done in the house, but it was nice to have someone treat the place like it actually matters

It showed up really fast, faster than I expected. Kind of makes you wonder why some other orders take forever when this one got here with no problem

The job did get done, so I can’t really complain about the actual work. But the technician seemed kind of annoyed and rushed me a bit when I asked questions, and that part was weird. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but it didn’t feel super professional either.
